David Weintraub from the reality show Sons of Hollywood was arrested for drunk driving in the early hours of this morning in Los Angeles.

David was driving on Fountain Blvd. and Highland in Los Angeles in his beloved silver Range Rover when police stopped and arrested him at 1:25 AM and was booked at 3:25 AM today. Later at about 7:08 am he was released on a $5,000 bail and will be making his court appearance on February 24, 2009.

MORE GOSSIP ON THIS INCIDENT:
The staff at TV’s “The Insider” didn’t check their facts before airing that David Weintraub is Jerry Weintraub’s son. Jerry Weintraub’s daughter, Jody Weintraub, a producer for Extra confirmed that David is not related.
